REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES
All of our Regional Representatives have been specially selected for their ability to provide an excellent
‘all round’ vacation Service to our guests. They all have extensive experience in dealing with people
from all walks of life, and are very good company: each one of them! They include ex-school teachers
who are experts in history, geography , art history and local knowledge among other skills and are all
very experienced in meeting people and presenting information .
Our regional representatives understand just how valuable vacations are and will do their utmost to ensure it meets every aspect of your expectations. They are all very keen to Share their love of their country with you. You could not be in better hands; not only do they live in their regions but they have extensive knowledge of all things English, Welsh or Scottish. More importantly, they are mature, pleasant and fun loving people with a variety of tastes which they will share with you.
Their job starts when they have contact with you in the early stages of Vacation Planning. They will be
able to assess what you want and more importantly, is able to give you valuable information about the
history and attractions of the regions and local festivities during the period of your stay. They explain the
types of accommodation available and the typical cost.
Depending on the type of service you wish to use, they will meet you at the airport and take care of your every need during your vacation until the time they transport you back to your departure airport. For those who wish to transport themselves during their vacation, the representative will still provide all the pre-vacation information and planning and will also be available 24/7 during your vacation to address anything you wish to discuss with them during your stay. This ranges from, alternative Accommodation or restaurant booking, visits to advise on how to deal with a problem you may have encountered or changes in itinerary due to new opportunities presenting themselves or simply changing your mind! You are never alone and assistance will be provided for you even if it means visiting you at whatever location you happen to be at should it be deemed necessary.
