Fees & Incentives - School Holiday Solutions LLP

At SHS we pride ourselves in offering a professional service that is value for money.

We charge a flat fee of £175 to families for our school holiday placement service. For Au Pairs, we charge a placement fee of £50. These fees are payable within 7 days of the placement being agreed.

We do not charge families or Au Pairs for registering with us. Our Placement Fees are charged once the family and Au Pair have accepted the placement terms.
Our fee covers the work we do in meeting your family’s needs by operating a rigorous selection process for identifying potential Au Pairs, including profiling, interviewing, photo-identity and reference checking together with requiring every potential Au Pair to provide medical certification and a criminal records review. Not only that but we take the strain out of sorting out the paperwork for you by preparing a draft Letter of Invitation for your approval, coordinating travel arrangements if required and settling in your Au Pair with our handy Welcome Pack. We remain committed to our clients throughout the placement.

10% fee discount

to families who agree a second SHS placement or who recommend another family to us who then accept their first SHS Au Pair Placement;

to families who agree a third or more SHS placement.
