The word 'Yoga' means 'to unite', and that's what SoulTribe is all about - connection. Here in Pocklington, I hope to connect like-minded people and build a sense of community, helping you leave feeling a little better than when you came in. I trained with Yoga Alliance in 2018 and have found that yoga has supported me in every aspect of my life: physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. Having had spinal surgery for scoliosis as a teenager, I am particularly interested in supporting people to develop and maintain spinal health, and also like to bring a spiritual aspect to my classes, with oracle cards, essential oils and guided meditation.
