- Once we have completed our rigorous selection process, we will identify up to three potential candidates who meet your selection criteria based on the information you provided in your Family Registration Form.
- It is really important that we know as much as possible about your family, needs and expectations so that’s why the Family Registration Form asks loads of questions. If there is anything you think we ought to know about your family that’s not specifically requested on the Family Registration Form, please tell us in the “Other Information” section.
- We recommend that before you finally select an Au Pair and confirm the placement, you take the time to get to know a little bit more about him or her through Skype, phone or by e-mail. This will help you make your final decision. Skype is a really good way to interview and it’s free. We can provide you with some technical help on how to use Skype if you are not familiar with it and we have a list of handy questions which you might wish to ask your potential Au Pair.
